Challenge test, shelf life and HACCP consultancy
The experience in the microbiological and chemical fields has allowed us to guarantee our customers assistance and consultancy over the years.
In the HACCP field, in the preparation of Challenge test and Shelf Life studies as well as the execution of health and hygiene audits.
The objective is to support the Customer in the approach to the hygienic-sanitary Quality Assurance of food products.
- Challenge test accredited in accordance with ANSES Ver.4 2021 guidelines for Listeria monocytogenes
- Challenge test for other microorganisms according to ISO 20976-1.2019
- Shelf life studies to determine the durability of a food product even in conditions of "thermal abuse" and evaluation of interactions with packaging
- Accelerate shelf life by subjecting foods to storage conditions (e.g. light, temperature, humidity) that favor the acceleration of chemical reactions that would normally take longer to occur
- Accelerated shelf life studies for frozen and deep-frozen products.
- Qualification and control hygienic-sanitary audits: hygienic-sanitary visits, qualification and control of suppliers and large-scale retail outlets
- Preparation and implementation of Self-Control Systems with preparation of HACCP Self-Control Plans and periodic assistance for their maintenance, review and revision
- Training courses on the management of HACCP plans for FBOs, OSMs (operators in the food and feed sectors) and operators in the contact materials sector
- Assistance in resolving problems and developing improvement plans
