Risk analysis, supply chain, analytical plans and declaration of conformity for the MOCA sector
- Start 21 November 2024, 09:00
- End 21 November 2024, 13:00
Supply chain management and risk analysis are some of the key aspects of ensuring the safety of food contact materials (MOCA).
Risk analysis is used to identify and evaluate potential hazards associated with the use of such materials. The process is carried out according to international guidelines and aims to help define all measures necessary to minimise and eliminate likely risk factors.
From the need to identify a methodical road map to best approach MOCA compliance, the course on Thursday, 9 May 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. was created.
