Chemical risk in MOCAs and sensory aspects
- Start 13 Marzo 2024, 10:00
- End 13 Marzo 2024, 13:00
The chemical risk in MOCAs (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) is an issue of great importance to ensure food safety for consumers. Indeed, there are several regulations that set limits for the migration of chemicals into food.
For a complete assessment of MOCAs, several aspects need to be taken into account, either related to species defined as NIAS - Non Intentionally Added Substances, or focusing on national or different European markets related to complementary regulatory frameworks.
We will discuss these and other important topics on Wednesday 13 March 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00.
