Regulations on food contact recycled plastics are essential to ensure food safety and consumer health protection. Regulation 2022/1616 introduced important innovations in the area of recycled plastics intended for food contact. Different aspects of the supply chain are taken into account, with a view to maximum consumer and environmental protection and adequate traceability of processes and materials.
From the need to provide an overview of the different aspects introduced by the Regulation and the novelties, the course on Wednesday 20 March 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Regulatory aspects of recycled plastics
The training will take place in collaboration with MV Consulting, a leading consulting services company specialising in the food sector, and will be taught by Michela Gallo - Head of Consumer Goods Division at LabAnalysis Life Science.
The course can be used individually, but it is also possible to include it within a specialised training course consisting of a total of 5 online appointments between March and April, under the banner of Food Contact:
